Rocky´s mission is to use his life experiences as a DEA agent and a parent of 3 daughters to teach young people:
•Never to start using drugs
•That they can make different choices if they are already using drugs
•That it’s not their fault if they are suffering from someone else’s substance use
•That drug use isn’t normal, even though society makes it seem that way
Rocky´s message empowers young people to respect their potential in life and to make smart choices. Rocky has delivered his 60-90 minute ´I Choose My Future´ program more than 1,300 times to more than 250,000 students from
11-18 years of age in 17 countries since 2007.

About Rocky
He spent 31 years as a DEA special agent investigating drug trafficking at the local, national and international levels. I firmly believe in the mission of law enforcement, but I also believe that educating young people is the only true way to move our society away from so much of the suffering caused by drug abuse.
Upon retiring from the DEA in 2021, he accepted a position as an “Alcohol and Other Drugs Ambassador” for the San Diego County Office of Education. I support the Enrique S. Camarena Educational Foundation as the Director of Outreach. I frequently represent the World Boxing Council (WBC) and WBC University providing presentations and training resources to the boxing communities in the U.S. and Mexico. I serve on the advisory board for The Song For Charlie Foundation.
